Update MMS/Data Access Point Names for operators in South Korea

I made a bug report at mobile-broadband-provider-info upstream (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776307) long ago. It looks like that none of the Sailfish repository picked up this upstream change. Please synchronize with upstream (and probably also for other countries too).
