I have installed Undok from googles play store on my Xperia but the app dos not connect to WLAN. Undok details: WLAN is deactivated but it is active. Maybe this is based on android apps ?

Update: --> Different Apps like Browser, Logitech... do not have any problems using WLAN. Undok has a problem. I resolved this behaviour if starting Undok again, toggle off/on WLAN and after that Undok continues with searching audio system.
I found this thread describing similar behaviour: "Xperia X doesn't remember stored wlan". Answer is : Is it a bug or is that what the developers wanted? I don't understand the meaning of it, why searching again? Toggle on/off would be enough, as it is now it is annoying. micha77 (Nov 18 '17)

In my case undok is working perfect on Xperia X with Sailfish X. So I think it is not the app or android support.Are you sure your WLAN is working properly?
