Some bugs disappear/reappear after Rebooting

Firstly I must say my research on what I'm about to post isn't extensive.
I've noticed some changes in the way my Xperia X performs after a reboot.
The time it takes for the Xperia to connect to the car bluetooth system and also establish a call can be extraordinarily long. After the last reboot these times have reduced to normal time frames. Prior to the last reboot it appeared the phone would respond quicker if I unlocked the phone. It was as if the phone needed to be woken up to activate the bluetooth service.
Prior to the latest reboot the Microsoft Exchange email account would only sync immediately after a reboot and then wouldn't sync at all. Since the last reboot it appears to be syncing normally.
Has anyone else experienced this at all?
