bluetooth searching device don't stop on demand
Hello sailors,
does any one knows how to stop the bluetooth search alternatively?
I have a jp1 with last release (2.1.4.14) .
The searching function start sometimes spontaneously and works endlessly.
No possibility to stop it with the GUI.
I suspect that it drains the battery too.
if bluetooth is active, Sometimes search start automatically, seems to work with endlessly.
Is unable to be stopped, and furthermore, i remark that it make the connection to an already know device complicated, and interrupt the stream of it regularly.
How does it work with the Bluetooth interface? Is there any automatic device searching process?
I don't know if it's normal that the search start spontaneously...
Have a good sail.
Cheers
I also have Jolla1 running sfos 2.1.4.14
I cannot reproduce this problem. By swiping back to Settings from bluetooth, the action of searching for a device is cancelled. I have no problem with spontaneous starting.

It certainly does look like you are on your own with this one. If it were me, I'd probably try reinstalling everything that applies to bluetooth. To see what bluetooth consists of in your device, you could write this into terminal;
this will list what is currently (only) installed on your device, so one by one, reinstall each component.
