Calendar: add a participant to an calendar event

I synced my calendar from my google calendar. On my desktop I added participants to an event. Is this possible in the calendar app too?

Unfortunately not yet on the phone as you probably expect it to be. See for example this comment: https://together.jolla.com/question/5431/feature-request-mail-app-and-calendar-should-handle-invitations/?answer=115186#post-id-115186
So you can share the event via email (Pulley menu "share"), but that's probably not the kind of adding you think of.
AFAIK this is a planned feature for SFOS3 (see here: https://jolla.com/sailfish3/). They mention in section "Sailfish for Corporate" a "Redesigned Email and Calendar".
