Even with SIM inserted, Sony Xperia X says "No SIM card inserted" (F5122)
I recently removed and inserted my SIM card. Since it never was able to connect to the cell provider, I went to Setting > SIM cards and unchecked the glowing dot next to it.
Suddenly the entry disappeared completely, leaving me with the screen just saying No SIM card inserted.
I tried rebooting, using different SIM cards from different providers that were working just fine, using the secondary SIM card slot, ... all to no avail.
So my final idea is that some config file must have been "damaged". I checked /default.prop and /etc/ofono/ril_subscription.conf, but they seem to be okay.
Where else could I investigate?
Any other ideas on how to rectify the issue (preferably without a factory reset) ?
