Trouble finding files that cause disk shortage [answered]

I'm trying to free some space in order to update Sailfish OS to the latest version. Settings > Storage says that 1.6GB from 13.75GB is free (11.38 GB used). When I'm looking at the root-filesystem with i.e. Cargospace I have no idea where those 11.38GB are hiding (see screenshots below). df at the command line isn't very helpful either. Has anyone any suggestions how to find this 11.38 GB usage? There was an app called cargo-inspector which showed the usage like baobab but I can't seem to find in in warehouse anymore.

cargospace_total filesystem settings df

The app called "space inspector" might provide insight, available from the store and github.
