I tried to download storeman (https://openrepos.net/content/osetr/storeman) using SailfishOS browser but nothing happened then I tapped download link. Then I restarted browser and tried again but it froze each time I tapped download link. After that I checked download directory and found a lot of downloaded storeman packages.

Such behavior is very unexpected. It must show a message or notification that file was downloaded.

What Sailfish version are you using? if it's 2.2.0, it looks like nemo-transferengine doesn't work, caused by an incompatible 3rd party plugin. I had the same problem with missing download-notifications. To solve it, make sure you haven't installed such an outdated plugin (for example share plugins from Openrepos).

Thank you. I deleted owncloud share plugin and now browser handles downloads properly.

@Marzanna Good to hear that it worked :) Let's hope the developers of these plugins can fix them soon.
