I'm trying to get an evaluation kolabnow.com account connect to sailfish. It basically works, both via IMAP and via Exchange Active Sync.

But:

Obviously a reply should got to fred.flintstone@gmail.com instead!

Both ActiveSync and IMAP show this behavior. The same account connected to iPhone/Android/BB10 works as expected, so this does not really look like a general kolab problem.

On the other hand, office365, other imap servers or google accounts work just as expected (regarding the reply behavior).

Please help us by revealing all relevant headers of these e-mails (anonymized in the way you did already). I suspect some odd header field preference in jolla-email. Let's find out!

Can I extract the email plaintext as it was actually received on the phone? I don't think using the mail source from some other imap client would make sense, it could be different.

anyway, please see https://pastebin.com/8e3GwNEv for the message as received by some other imap client. Can't see anything special in there.

@njeiseck Me neither. I hoped to find some headers that tricked the app to using its value but I didn't.

Any idea how to extract the actually received mail data on the phone?
