What are the changes made in 2.2.1.19 and 2.2.1.20 on INOI R7 device

Sailfish OS version on inoi device keep flying up xD It would be great to know what are the changelogs of this updates. Also it would be nice to know a little more about how jollas regional licensing works, what their partners can and can't do with OS.

Version 2.2.1.20 has one big bug

"Active SIM-card is not inserted"

But I can call and recieve incomming calls. It's very strange and interesting at the same time :D :D :D
