I had this problem before doing the upgrade, after the preparation step.

I had the same issue. A quick reboot restored the Store to normal.

Got the same as well. I think it needs to repopulate the database as after a short while it came good.

Reopening this, because the answers are not satisfying to me. Several reboots didn't work for me and magic doesn't happen to every user either ;) Here you find the same issue: https://together.jolla.com/question/191789/empty-my-apps-list-after-300-update/

The phones app cache has to be cleared to solve it.
