My gf just bought to me a Huawei Color Band A2. Well that is unfortunate... :) Is there anything how can i use those smartwatches with Sailfish X.

You can't, for now, unless you want to try and port SFOS to your watch. If you want to keep an eye on comminuty based ports for different devices, a good place to start would be here;
