Accounts and Contacts disappeared. Factory reset does not work.

My phone suddenly lost all configured accounts and I can't create new ones because the account-configuration is broken. Also all my contacts are gone and I can't create new ones. I tried Factory reset but after entering my security-pin, it just goes back to explaining what will happen during factory-reset. Nothing is reset. The only thing that still works is manually entering a phone number and calling, but even the call-list is gone. I can't update Sailfish because my Jolla Account is gone, of course. Any app that tries to access contacts will not start (e.g. Whatsapp).
I expect that something on the filesystem became unusable, but I don't know where I should look and what to fix?
It appears that the filesystem is readonly, because I can't create new screenshots and can't delete pictures anymore. How can I repair the filesystem?
