Hello Sailors,

i got some issues with the recently released Beta, which i purchased for 29,90€ on the store for my XA2 Dualsim. I tried to fastboot the device but this doesnt work out. While installing Sailfish the first time (when Android still has been on the device), it was detected and worked out perfectly. But now I don't get throu the instructions given by Jolla, as my device already runs Sailfish Siponkoorpi ( or how ever it ist spelled, the most actualy version), but the Sony drivers (which I think are still installed on my Windows 10 PC) dont detect the Sailfish running XA2, so "flash-on-windows.bat" say it cant find any device. So what can I do to make the purchased version work?

Best regards.

You don't need to reflash the Phone.. open the Store and install Android Support and the other things you just bought ;)

I just found Predictive Text input and Microsoft Exchange, no Android Support. Where's that? (Okay, got it, with the help of the answer by Mosen down below). Thank you.

To get the paid stuff without reflash you need to update to 3.0.1.14. If it is not available in Settings GUI do:

  1. activate developer mode and give password
  2. open terminal app
  3. command "ssu release 3.0.1.14"
  4. command "version --dup"
  5. command "reboot" or hold power key, power off and power on again
  6. open jolla store and install the three paid apps
