Let using libresourceqt5 in harbour. For multimedia apps

To my understanding it is needed whenever you want control that is a little below what Qt Multimedia provides. I would use it for Flashlight control so that I could acquire-release LED properly, others might need it for advanced camera apps.

Perhaps a good feature for something like https://github.com/nemomobile/libaudioresource ?

libaudioresource unfortunately lets you control, well, audio resources only. If somebody creates similar wrapper for the other resources, that would be good enough indeed.
