Sailfish 3.0.1.11 - Android notifications can't be muted

Running Sailfish 3.0.1.11 on Jolla 1. Even when sound slider is set to 0 Anroid apps (Viber, WhatsApp) notification sounds continue playing. Haven't seen this problem on 2.x.
