Android app does not start after update to 3.0.2.8 (Oulanka) [answered]

I updated my Jolla to 3.0.2.8 (Oulanka). Since then one of my favorite Android apps does not start anymore. Because from time to time I use my motorbike I installed the German app kurviger.de, a fancy nice routing planner. And now it does not start and I don't know why. I checked the available space but it's not changed and should still be enough. I monitored the load with top when starting the app but also couldn't see critical loads. I deinstalled and installed the app again, no luck.
Any idea what else I could do to search for the reason? Or better, any idea how to solve the problem?

pawel ( 2019-03-30 17:38:40 +0200 )editI have the same problem with stocard. After updating to 3.0.2.8 the app doesn't start anymore. It worked fine with 3.0.1.11. I tried everything above (pkcon refresh, manuallly starting android support) XA2 single SIM
edit: update to stocard 7.10.2 did the job!
