My Sony Xperia™ XA2 is a model H3213. Which version of download to chose? It is a single SIM model of XA2 Ultra, so same version as for H3113, H3123, 3133 might be the right one? I selected 'bug' because it is at least a documentation bug.

Thanks, that means my idea was wrong, but the described file Sailfish_OS-Jolla-3.0.0.5-h3213-0.0.7.2.zip is actually not on the download page visible for me (https://shop.jolla.com/downloads/). There are actually only the following (newer) versions listed: Sailfish_OS-Jolla-3.0.0.5-h3113-0.0.7.13.zip (This image can be used for H3113, H3123 & H3133) Sailfish_OS-Jolla-3.0.0.5-h4113-0.0.7.13.zip (This image can be used for H4113 & H4133) So think I'll have to wait, but it would be nice to know how long and it would be nice to find a notice about in the missed files on the download page!

Yes normally I'm using windows on my PC. I've tried to make the download on my "old" Jolla 1. Login and anything else looked fine, but I got also only the two wrong files presented to download. And No I don't want to install a client and get the buyed software from an other source, then the official. I'll open a customer service ticket, to check why I do not find my device in shop-downloads.

This download page of Sailfish X lists all Xperia XA2 and Xperia X models. It should be fairly easy to find the correct downloadable image for each device variant.
To enter this page, one needs to sign in using his/her Jolla account that was used for buying the Sailfish X license.

Took me a while, but finally I found an answer to this mystery.
The ZIP files for the H3213 is only shown in your downloads if you have purchased a license for the XA2 Ultra.
If you have purchased a license for the XA2 or XA2 Plus it works the same way, you can only download the ZIP files for the XA2 or XA2 Plus.
