CRDA: bad regulatory.bin file

setting CRDA fails because the regulatory.bin file isn't correct
[ ]# iw reg set BE
but regulatory domain keeps being '00'
[ ]# regdumpdb /usr/lib/crda/regulatory.bin
Database signature verification failed.
would be nice to have fixed...
can anyone check if it was fixed in 1.0.3.8 ? I've manually fixed mine...
