Sailfish3 missing word suggestions?

I have minor issue with XA2 - keyboard suggestions is always empty (not sure if revelant, but I've restored backup from Jolla1). I've seen other thread about this [1], but I wonder if it is missing package (and why it is missing in the first place?!) or something that "should just work", but it isn't?

It's a licensed package. Do you have a valid license? (and installed it from store?)
