charge bug

i can't charge my xperia xa2 sailfish x if it's power on. It's plug and unplugged all the time. if i charge power off it's chargin fine. somebody else this bug? my phone is almost new so battery healt is very good. and sailfish versio is 3.0.3.8.
I had similar issue for quite short time today. I charged the phone normally yesterday. Today, after reboot it took long time until the charging was possible. I changed the charger as I thought the existing one didn't give the current properly. The phone kept on notifying that the charging has started until the cable was disconnected. Now it notifies twice when I plug in the charger, but no other issues anymore. Quite strange behaviour. I have xa2 single sim with 3.0.3.8
