Messages view does not always show contact name

Hi,
I just did the update to Hossa and the vast majority of my contact names disappears from Messages app main view. I only see the telephone numbers but still can access to the contact infos when I swipe to the left and I still have the the "Hi, [contact name]".
It seems to happen on dot separated phone numbers (like xx.xx.xx.xx.xx) but not on space separated numbers (xx xx xx xx xx) or hyphen separated numbers (xx-xx-xx-xx-xx).
