Exchange cannot send mail with attachments

I can send emails from my X with Exchange but not emails with photos attached. It has been working fine before, my assumption is it has stopped working since last update. It could be server related too so has anyone the same situation?

Hmm. Just received one of the five messages sent today. So most likely a server issue.

Ok. I found the guilty party, it was the one using the phone.

The problem was that I couldn't read the warning text about over 10MB attachments. Everything seemed to go fine but email was never sent.
