Deploying qml-only apps to phone(SailfishOS-3.0.3.10) fails

With Latest sdk(Qt Creator 4.8.1 (Sailfish SDK)) , QML only app fails to deploy on mobile. On Emulator it works fine.
The error is
Error: nothing provides libsailfishapp-launcher needed by pysample-0.1-1.noarch Finished transaction (status=2, runtime=480ms) Deploy failed 11:30:09: The process "C:\SailfishOS\settings\SailfishOS-SDK\mer-sdk-tools\Sailfish OS Build Engine\SailfishOS-3.0.3.9-armv7hl\deploy.cmd" exited with code 1. Error while building/deploying project pysample (kit: SailfishOS-3.0.3.9-armv7hl (in Sailfish OS Build Engine)) When executing step "RPM"
Could you please provide the tail of the build log?

I have checked the "Requires: libsailfishapp-launcher", its there in the yaml file
