Sony Xperia XA2 ultra hands free sound issues

Hello my friends! The last days I'm using a hands free in my Sony Xperia XA2 ultra but I have noticed that when the phone is ringing (when someone is calling me) the volume of the sound is very low.I have already adjusted the volume to maximum, but the problem insists. I have tried two different hands free but it's same result. If I disconnect the hands free cable, everything is working properly. What can I do? Thank you for your time!
The old trick is to lower the volume by one notch, then increase it back. This makes an actual change to the volume levels and may fix the problem.
