hardware keyboard layout only EN in Android

Hello guys,
I am right now writing this text on my BT keyboard on a Jolla 1.
I wanted to send some messages through WhatsApp and Viber. Unfortunately, the BT keyboard layout "german" is only working in SFOS, but not in Android. Where can I change this? Is this possibly a bug?
I can't even pair my Logitech K380 with my J1 anymore :(
Direc ( 2019-07-21 13:33:50 +0200 )editSailfish inputs present themselves as a "hardware keyboard" to Android, so you might need to change the Android hardware layout in Android's Settings, but I forgot how it works on 4.2 JellyBean (my Sailfish daily driver is a XA2 with an aliendalvik running 8.2 Oreo).
Alternatively, try to change the on screen virtual keyboard layout in Sailfish, maybe it has an impact?

do the pairing on the command-line, it work better,
or use 0000 on the keyboard's side as the default password
