Status bar missing after restart homescreen (Connect charger) [released]

When I restart homescreen, the status bar will gone, this happen when I connected the charger

You can restart the homescreen in console systemctl --user restart lipstick or use UI-Themer with Theme Pack Support from OpenRepos.

I had this issue in the former release aswell but not that 'stable'.

Doesn't Sailfish Utilities also do the trick..? I mean, restart the homescreen.

I can't reproduce it. I restarted homescreen, plugged the charger in and out, status bar is still there...
