screen won't turn on after mobile network loss

The screen won't turn back on and the green LED will flash green whenever the phone is locked in my pocket and it looses mobile network. The only way to get the screen back on is by stopping the phone with the power button and turn it back on after shutdown. There a few bug reports with loss of network but none has this screen problem. I'm using an X F5122 with SFOS 3.1
