Random network disconnects [3.1.0]

Network connection seems to be randomly disconnecting since I updated my Jolla 1 to 3.1.0
It is a long story that I had with mobile data connection, but in short it lookes like that: For a long time, I always was experiencing some complete network disconnects on my JP1 when I was turning on mobile data. However, I could live with that - not nice, but acceptable.
Recently, I was under the impression that Jolla did a great job with release 3, in particular with 3.0.3. I was really happy, I did not experience any kind of disconnects of mobile data or even complete mobile network on my phone. I was glad to see that Jolla seems to be working on such issues.
Now, that I updated to 3.1 I have the feeling that Jolla fixed something in the wrong way: Now I am having disconnects of the complete mobile network throughout the whole day. What I never had before and what makes it worse: The disconnects happen all of a sudden, in the middle of browsing, watching videos or else.
I wonder if anyone else is also having that experience?! I could not find any similar issues in the existing questions but for me the difference is very noticeably, so I assume that other users are suffering from the problem too. Any inputs here?
Same bug here with Jolla 1. Latest OS update. The phone randomly (but frequently) disconnects from mobile connection. I use the phone to share mobile connection with my ubuntu desktop coputer and sometime opening sailfish browser solves the problem, but not always. Some time I need to reboot the phone. Some time I need to reboot twice!!! Very annoying and it seems worse than before (older OSs).
So sad!
ale ( 2019-07-31 22:52:57 +0200 )editI experienced this issue today on XA2 dual sim. Complete loss of mobile network for no apparent reason. Rebooted the phone twice and after second reboot the phone connected again to network (Telia). Before XA2 I used Xperia X with the same sim card and operator for almost two years without issues. This has definetely something to do with the latest update.

pemek ( 2019-08-01 13:00:02 +0200 )editSimilar here on Jolla C, restarting network subsystem didn't work, had to reboot twice as after first it was still not getting connected correctly (it was trying to get on 4G and mobile data and then losing whole connection in a loop). Now another issue - missing text messages, no idea how many got lost as only noticed now trying to do a transfer, at least 3 sms gone (two from bank, one test message from another phone), after sending text from my phone on reboot fixed itself, but the missing messages have never arrived.
