[Xperia X][Bug] Triggering Connect to Internet is not working

If Connect to Internet triggered from WiFi icon in top menu, it crashes and subsequent triggering of the same in top menu and settings is failing. Gets fixed if Home screen is restarted using Sailfish utilities. Tested on Xperia XA2 3.1.0.11
