[BUG] Xperia X F5121 Flight Mode

I did some traveling over the last week and realized that Flight Mode from the top drop down menu works when turning off all connections, but it fails to work when turning them back on. I have had luck though not completely using the Settings-->Flight mode--> selecting to turn off Flight mode to regain connections.
