Exchange conflicting with Android

Hi!
I have an XA2 Plus with 3.1.0.11. I have noticed that my android unstability problems only happen when I add my work email (Exchange 2016) to the native e-mail client.
It is pretty reproduceable: with a fresh install I can install my standard android apps and it works very well, but when I add the Exchange account, the apps start to not be able to start or stop working (a modal pops up asking me to either wait or kill the app). Removing the Exchange account make the Android apps behave nominally again.
Has anybody else experienced this?
