Since APKpure propose XAPK applications I can not install nor upgrade any of those applications using this package format.
As APKpure extract apk files in ~/android_storage/ApkPure I've tried to install for example com.playrix.township.apk manually but once I start the application I've got a message telling me the application has been badly installed.
Is anyone has encountered this kind of issue?

@ArnaudD Install Yalp Store that is also working on older Android versions (download here). Aurora Store initially was a fork of Yalp Store but it indeed requires Android 5.0+ now.

Thanks to @Alex, after installing Yalp Store I can upgrade my applications

yes, can confirm. XAPK is not working for me. it seems to try to install, but nothing happens.

Why would I consider to upgrade to an other device as this one is working perfectly, no latency for my applications, battery still OK. It's not good for environment to often change our phones, even worst just for API version consideration. Also I would like to have something compatible with my Jolla tablet ;)
