bug: scroll choppy

This is a very strange scrolling stutter problem on my xa2 plus. When I open the app from the app drawer, there is always a stutter when scrolling in this app, but then I switch the app to the background, then open the app from the background, no longer stutter when scrolling. I don't know if all the silica apps has this problem, but almost all the silica apps I use have this problem. For example, scrolling in AIDA64's display and appsz can clearly observe this phenomenon. Is this a known issue?

@Chris_ Useless. It exists from when I installed SFOS on my xa2 plus.
