3.2.0.12: Top menu switch Cellular data sometimes asks "Select Internet connection"

Sometimes, not always, the "Cellular data" switch in the top menu asks "Select Internet connection" with "Mobile data" as the only option. But not always, in that case I can reproduce it by enabling and disabling the flight mode before, in that case the steps to reproduce are: Activate cellular data, disable cellular data, enable flight mode, disable flight mode, enable cellular data -> asks "Select Internet connection" with "Mobile data" as the only option.
I've had the same problem for a couple of weeks now, started happening after my upgrade to 3.1. Mobile data is also sometimes randomly grayed out even though I can activate it via the settings app...
