After update to Sailfish 3.2.0.12, automatic time updating is incorrect [duplicate]

On Sony Xperia XA2, I just updated to 3.2.0.12, and noticed that when time updating is set to automatic, I get incorrect time. It basically sets it to UTC instead of my time zone. So I need to set it to manual to work around it.

Is it a known issue?
