After Hang-Up no more call possible

On random occasions I experience a strange thing: after hanging up a call I get the message:

Calling is not available

Reboot is required to recover

calling, mobile data and messaging

and a Reboot-button is offered..

This is true for the current (3.2.0.12 - Torronsuo) as well as for the previous Sailfish version (3.1.0.11 - Seitseminen).

I do have a Jolla C.

Does fly mode on and off help, though? Or not in this special case?
