No sound on some types of Android push notification

If notification is not about the message then no sound will played. I.e. Whatsapp: if you got message you will hear the sound, if you got notification about active Whatsapp web session then the notification will be silent. The same for MiHome (Xiaomi Smart Home app) - any alarms are silent, even such critical as door opening.
