Since 3.2.1.20, I get multiple reminders for my events, even the ones that have been removed for a while. I get sometimes up to 10 reminders for a single event, which obviously is super annoying.

Not sure this is related to the Google Calendar duplicate issue (https://together.jolla.com/question/219063/google-calendar-entries-add-duplicate-on-each-sync/)?

Anyway. This is really annoying :/

its something related to sync.Whatever you do, DO NOT SYNC; as it will duplicate the items (all the items). Jolla should fix this asap.

@Damien Caliste - for both CalDAV (against a SabreDAV/Baikal server) and Google: - for CalDAV I only get the reminder duplicates, entries are displayed just once in the Calendar app - for Google I get both the reminder duplicates and the duplicate entries in the Calendar app.

@cartron, for the CalDAV account, let's try to find what's happening. First, do duplicates appear only for modified events upstream when down syncing ? Can you gather logs for a sync attempt and then, run timedclient-qt5 -L to see which alarms are created and if UID are matching ? Run also the timed client before the sync to see the differences.

Normally, when an event is modified locally (because of local modifications or sync of remote ones), each alarms are removed for entries with matching UIDs, then, new alarms are created for every events and UIDs are stored to be able to fetch them later. I guess UIDs are not matching, but why…
