Is there a way to use application specific sounds for android notifications?

Hello and happy new year to you all sailors! I am giving Sailfish another go after a year of absence since I managed to find a way to run an android app I couldn't do without, with the help of microG framework.
Now to my question: do you know any (unofficial) way to use different notification sounds for different android applications? I would like e.g. to have Viber, Skype etc. to use their own notification sounds instead of Jolla-chat tone. I have read that what ever you specify in Settings -> Sounds and feedback for Chat will be the default notification sound for all android applications.. is there any hack around this?
