Since Nuuksio problems at phone call with speaker and microphone [XA2]

Hello community.
My phone: Xperia XA2 Plus dual SIM OS: Nuuksio (3.2.1.20)
Since the update to Nuuksio I have heavy problems with the microphone and the speaker. I don't hear anything during a phone call and the caller doesn't hear me. Through a other thread I had the idea to maxmize the volume and thereby I heard a little bit but not clear, seems to be far away. Phone calls via Whatsapp was/is no problem.
I've searched through the forum and didn't find a solution for my OS yet.
Does somebody have the same problem or knows a solution?
I have seen a phone (my wife's) with a bit similar problem (XA2 dual SIM). In that case speaker does not work in any situation, but using hands free device sound is loud and clear. Maybe you could try this, though it does not solve the problem.
Apparently audio problems are rather common. Only solution Jolla was able to give so far was to fall back to older OS version.

debeliu ( 2020-01-07 12:49:41 +0300 )editHaving the same Issue here with Nuuksio (3.2.1.20) with Xperia XA2. I did not had this Issue in earlier versions. A reboot seems to fix it for a while but after a while it is there again.

Sometimes hanging up and calling again helps, sometimes I have to reboot. Using a headset does nothing, so I guess the issue I mentioned above might be an entirely different one. (3.2.1.20)
