[Solved]crédit mutuel french Banking App
Hi everybody,
as the title said, I want to use app from a french bank which is called Credit Mutuel.
I unfortunately need it, because of PSD2 European rules. SMS authentication is no more possible by SMS code for internet transaction of more than 30€.
I now need this app to validate e-transactions..
I can install app from Aurora, I can login with my credentials, and access account, but I can't activate Mobile Security.
This fails with the following message
" Une erreur est survenue
Echec lors de la connexion avec le server. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement"
Which means, in english
"Error occurs.
Fail during connexion with server. Please try later."
MicroG is freshly installed on my XA2 device, running SFOS 3.2.1.20, and Android 8.1.
I think that the issue is related to SafetyNet, but I m not sure.
Any idea?
Did you activate SafetyNet, register your phone to google, and maybe add an account in MicroG settings?
I'm in another french bank, and their app works fine and I managed to activate a similar mobile security option (called clé digitale). Haven't tried an actual purchase yet though, and it activated without microg too.

But i need to download on each connection the "digital key" in "mon profil". Each time i have warnings to download the last version of Play Store but i don't care of them.
mips_tux ( 2020-01-11 01:15:31 +0200 )edit@orangecat : I followed the same tutorial, but there almost nothing about Safetynet. I don't know how yo activate SafetyNet, and I don't really want to register the device to google....
@mips_tux : I can't see any digital key to download on Credit Mutuel App. I will try to contact them....

And if you contact your bank, it's important that she understand that there is also alternatives OS on smartphone. I explain to my bank that the best way would be to develop the app under native Sailfish OS ! I have no hope :-(

Open the microg settings app (Paramètres de microG), then select Google SafetyNet and activate it.
