I want to completely turn off the vibration. I turned off vibration in settings. However, after starting the smartphone and entering the passcode Vibration always works. Why.

To turn off ALL vibrations;

Navigate to Sounds and feedback in Settings

Select Never from the top combo menu, then scroll to the bottom of the page and deselect the last option.
