I installed Signal Android-app. for some time now my only the phone numbers of my contacts are shown. Android has access to my Contacts and Signal too.

A known issue to this app. Either type in the number of your contact manually or let them write to you. The issue is in the way Signal accesses the contacts. This changed for quite some time and broke this feature for SailfishOS Alien Dalvik users.

I partially works for me but I have no clue about the reasons for this weird mixed behaviour.
