Calendar invitations from Webex use a wrong time zone in calendar app [answered]

I'm in Europe/Prague (which is UTC+1 during winter and UTC+2 during DST), but when I receive a calendar invitation to a Webex meeting over e-mail (a standard IMAP account with Dovecot on the server side), the built-in preview shows the event date one hour earlier. The meeting in webex was also created in the UTC+1 TZ, but instead of showing the meeting start at 10:00 AM, it is shown as 9:00 AM. The time stays wrong also when I add the event to the calendar via my XA2's (running Sailfish) email+calendar app, and also when I add the event from e-mail via our company's web app for mail and calendaring (SOGO). SOGO shows the event with a correct TZ at all times, and so does Google Calendar as I've been told from other attendees.

Here's the .ics plaintext as sent in the e-mail attachment (replaced DESCRIPTION and LOCATION with a sanitized text, otherwise it's authentic):

I noticed that all events in my calendar (as shown by the Jolla app) were off by one hour. After a reboot, everything shows correctly once again. Oh well.

Self-healing system!?? ;)

Did you play around with timezones in settings aforehand? Or anything related (travelled, have time to auto update and so on)?

Yes and no. I've been traveling in the past week (America/Los_Angeles via Europe/London back to CET), but that's been done by Sunday. After that, the calendar was working just fine on Tuesday and Thursday, and the cell phone never moved away from Prague since that time. Weird.
