This looks like a new bug introduced in 1.0.3.8 and it is quite annoying

When you are connected to Wi-Fi and open an app, for small a moment (blink of an eye), you can see the Wi-Fi icon change from the current state to 'exclamation mark' as there was some kind of a problem.

At first, I tought I was seeing things - I had a sudden feeling my internet got disconnected, but when I peaked back, everything was alright. It took me some time to figure out that the icon is actually changing.

After multiple tries, I was finally able to take a screenshot: Before and after this, the icon was 'Connected'

I did see it too with the Jolla being under a 16+ load and working Internet connection. I do not see it at lower loads. What is the load of your Jolla? e.g. the output of the command "uptime" in a terminal

The exclamtion mark shows continious when connected to a network without internet connection, my accesspoint with disconnected network cable:

This has nothing to do with my original question. I know what the icon means and there was no problem with internet connection on my Jolla. Please read the question again...

Was does uptime give?

Considering when the 1.0.3.8 update was released (requires at least one reboot) and the time of my question/screenshot, I'd say about 2-3 hours.... :)

Off course, and the shown load? Like: uptime result

I'll tell you when I reproduce the issue again. I guess I wasn't clear enough and should have added screenshots 1s before and 1s after. The wifi icon was showing full signal, the internet was working as usual, there was just 1 device connected to the router... I think it is a UI issue rather than connectivity issue.

It looks like this has been fixed in the 1.0.4.20 (aka Sailfish 1.0) update. Closing this for now, but feel free to reopen, if it still affects you.
