Hello! I have a Google account which I use for calendar syncing. With another phone (Android) a new calendar entry was made and then later on deleted. It did sync into my Sailfish device XA2 (3.3.0.14) and when it was deleted on another device it also vanished from my Sailfish. BUT, the events view will NOT forget about it. It sits there persistently and won't vanish. If I click it, it will take me to calendar and show the event but in the calendar I click back to month view and it is not there (like it should not be). I tried to sync in the calendar and reboot device couple of times, but the events view still has the alreday deleted event.

What happens if you long-tap the events view so that the delete buttons appear? Then you tap the button next to the misbehaving event. Can you eliminate it in this way?

I don't get anything with long tap, no options appear..

Same problem here @jovirkku

I updated one of my apps with Sailfish SDK, bluetoothed the app to my device, installed, all okay.

Later, I looked at weather in the Events View and thought, "might as well delete that notification", long pressed, nothing, cannot remove it the usual way, no option to delete.

I went to transfers and removed it from there.

It seems that any calendar event gets shown on the event view although they are deleted long ago and doesn't show up in the calendar app! Now I'm getting calendar events to the events view that are deleted in my sailfish device (so this problem is not only about events that are deleted on other devices).

and now, 30 hours later, I am able to delete entries in EventsView......go figure! :/
