On harmattan there was a keyboard layout folder that allowed adding keyboard layouts without developer mode or root access. This was invaluable. Is there a similar place for Sailfish? If not please consider adding one.
It also allowed applications like mesInput to be created

thank you, if i'm not wrong, solution is for developer, not for end user, right ? So the question still there, How can i receive the CH-FR ?
