Internet Problem: Address not found

Recently, there is the problem with the Internet that occasionally a web address cannot be found. However, it is strange that this only happens with some specific web addresses. So, maybe it is a problem with the name server?
Up to now I could not find out a reproducable way to resolve the problem. Sometimes, it is enough to restart web services, sometimes you have to switch of WLAN, etc.
Does anybody have the same problem?
