@Jolla Why do you allow this App? [subjective]
Why do you allow an App called L. Ron Hubbard?
In my opinion Scientology waste should not be published at the Jolla Store.

Why do you care? Don't like it? Then don't use it. It really is as simple as that.
Banning things you disagree with is the short path to censorship. Does it violate any terms of service? No? Okay, is it disseminating copyrighted works? No? Okay, is it harmful to your device, your privacy, your safety or security? No?
THEN JUST DON'T USE IT.
@tortoisedoc misrepresenting my position doesn't help you make your case.
I didn't say Scientology was freedom. I said being able to choose what you want without censorship is freedom. Important distinction.

Hmm, let's try this simple test: "Why do you allow an App called quran ? In my opinion islam waste should not be published at the Jolla Store."
Nerevareeeeeeee ( 2020-05-01 08:42:05 +0200 )edit@Nerevareeeeeeee while I think I support your point, I wish you could have made it without potentially insulting Muslims on TJC. There's also the difference that at least Islam is an officially recognized religion (almost? I don't know) everywhere while this sect is not. But of course: fight censorship.
ossi1967 ( 2020-05-01 09:54:19 +0200 )editIs it open source?
tortoisedoc ( 2020-05-01 10:29:33 +0200 )edit@Nerevareeeeeeee I completely agree with this statement. Both scientology and islam are evil, despicable, dangerous cults.
Test passed!
bocephus ( 2020-05-02 08:38:21 +0200 )edit@bocephus cool, and although private companies can do whatever, such matters should be mainly addressed to legislative government levels
